Guest Tickets - Ordering Deadline is Friday, January 5th

Family members who are planning on visiting Disneyland during our Eich trip days are eligible to purchase park tickets at our discounted rate. Disney is very strict on their Guest Ticket Policy. If you are considering purchasing guest tickets, please review the information below and reach out if you have questions. Ticket prices can be found on the order form. 

1) You may purchase as many guest tickets as you will need.
2) You may purchase a 2, 3, 4, or 5 day hopper pass.
  • 2 day passes are valid only on the dates of the Eich VAPA trip, March 14th-15th
  • 3-5 day passes will begin on March 14th and are valid for the next consecutive dates
3) If your student will be staying with you for an extended trip, you can upgrade their ticket to a 3, 4, or 5 day option. You will be responsible for the difference in price from the included 2-day pass.
4) When ordering tickets, DO NOT include your student in the ticket total. There is a separate place to indicate if you need an upgrade. 
5) Park reservations for your first park of the day will be made on your behalf. You may visit the 2nd park after 11am. 
6) Ticket order forms are due by January 5th**
7) Payment, in full, is due by January 9th**
          **Per the Disney ordering timeline, We do not have flexibility on these dates.

8) Tickets are non-refundable

You do NOT need to order guest tickets for your music student that is attending the trip. The only part of this form that applies to your music/ballroom/leadership student is if you need to extend their Disney ticket longer than the 2 days our groups will be in the parks.




Credit Card Payments

Credit Card payments can now be made via our online store. You can make a donation towards your student's trip account and/or pay for guest tickets using the online store. Select the "Aldridge-Band-Disneyland" option and enter the amount your would like to be charged. All payments will be automatically assigned to your student.

January Donations - Due January 20th

Our January donation will be due by the 20th. This should take your student's account up to $300 with a balance of $350 left. We will have February, March, and April to complete the remainder of the balance or you may pay the compete balance at any time. 

Hotel Update

We have been able to secure rooms for all three groups at the Howard Johnson by Wyndham, Fullerton/Anaheim Conference Center. 
This hotel is a few miles down the road from Disneyland. 
Rooms are standard size with two queen beds. There will be 4 students to a room.
Breakfast is provided. 
We will be taking our chartered busses to and from Disney each day. 

Pre-Trip Concert

I am hoping to schedule a concert the week of March 4th-8th so that we can practice our Disneyland set-list and give families a chance to hear us before we leave. Possible locations are Center Point Church, Oakmont High School, or the Eich MPR. I will update you on details as soon as I have them available!

Performance Clothes

All musicians must have a "Disney approved" outfit to perform in. 
This includes:
  • Black slacks/dress pants - no jeans or leggings! An ankle length black skirt is also acceptable.
  • Black long sleeve, button up shirt
  • Black socks
  • Black closed toed shoes - no sneakers or sandals
  • I will provide the accessories (Bow tie and cummerbund)
If you need assistance purchasing any of these items, please reach out. We will wear our Disney clothes at our Pre-trip concert!
